Join our fast-paced environment as a Picker/Packer in Virginia Beach, Virginia. This role is fundamental to our order fulfillment process, ensuring that our customers receive their products accurately and on time. As a Picker/Packer, you will be responsible for accurately selecting items from warehouse shelves based on customer orders, using RF scanners or pick sheets. Following the picking process, you will carefully package the items, ensuring they are protected during transit and meet our quality standards. This involves selecting appropriate packaging materials, assembling boxes, and accurately labeling shipments. You will also assist with inventory management tasks, such as cycle counts and reporting discrepancies. A keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy are paramount in this position. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to work efficiently in a demanding environment. You will be working closely with other team members to meet daily shipping goals and maintain a smooth workflow. Understanding of warehouse operations and logistics principles is beneficial. We emphasize a culture of safety and expect all employees to follow established safety guidelines and utilize required PPE. The ability to perform consistent Lifting of items up to 40 lbs is a daily requirement. We provide comprehensive training and a supportive work environment.
