You'll be responsible for verifying orders, preparing documentation, and coordinating with logistics partners. - Process all outbound shipments with high accuracy.
- Verify order contents against shipping manifests.
- Generate shipping labels and necessary documentation.
- Coordinate with shipping carriers for pickup and delivery schedules.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date shipping records.
- Ensure the shipping area is clean, safe, and well-organized.
- Communicate with internal teams regarding shipment status.
- Adhere strictly to safety regulations and procedures.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in a shipping or logistics role is advantageous.
- Proficiency with computer systems, including shipping software.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work both independently and cooperatively.
- Experience with proper use of PPE and adherence to safety standards.
- Capability for lifting items weighing up to 50 lbs.
- A solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics.
