Join our dynamic team as a Fulfillment Associate at our bustling Milwaukee, Wisconsin warehouse. In this role, you will be at the heart of our operations, responsible for efficiently picking, packing, and preparing customer orders for shipment. You will utilize state-of-the-art scanning technology to ensure accuracy and speed, contributing directly to customer satisfaction. This position requires a high level of attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to upholding our high standards of quality and safety. You will be an integral part of our logistics network, ensuring products move seamlessly from our shelves to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick orders using RF scanners and other equipment.
- Pack items securely and efficiently, ensuring product protection during transit.
- Verify order accuracy before shipment.
- Stage orders for shipping and load onto trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, including the correct use of PPE.
- Participate in inventory counts and stock rotation.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the fulfillment process.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role. A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are crucial. This role involves frequent standing, walking, and lifting up to 50 pounds. A commitment to workplace safety and understanding of logistics operations is essential.
