We are seeking enthusiastic and dependable Warehouse Workers to join our team in Madison, Wisconsin! In this role, you will contribute to various essential warehouse functions, including receiving, stocking, order picking, packing, and shipping. We provide comprehensive training and all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Key Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and stock incoming inventory.
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders.
- Prepare orders for shipment, ensuring correct labeling and packaging.
- Load and unload trucks as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company Safety guidelines and procedures diligently.
- Wear and utilize all required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) consistently.
- Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock management.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or hand trucks.
- Assist with other warehouse tasks and duties as assigned.
- Must be able to perform moderate to heavy Lifting of items up to 50 lbs.
- Contribute positively to team goals and warehouse efficiency.
- Understand basic warehouse operations and logistics flow.
- Demonstrate attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Commitment to maintaining a safe and secure workplace.
