- Receive and unload incoming shipments accurately.
- Inspect goods for damage and verify quantities against purchase orders.
- Stock shelves and organize inventory in designated areas.
- Pick and pack customer orders with precision and care.
- Prepare shipments for outgoing delivery, ensuring proper labeling and packaging.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification may be required).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere strictly to all Safety guidelines and protocols, including the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Assist with inventory counts and stock reconciliation.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for warehouse operations.
- Be able to perform Lifting tasks up to 50 lbs regularly.
- Support other warehouse functions as needed.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of warehouse procedures.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
- Understanding of basic logistics principles.
