Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment accurately and efficiently.
- Stock shelves and maintain organization within the warehouse.
- Operate manual and powered equipment, following all safety guidelines.
- Conduct quality checks on products and report any damages.
- Assist with inventory counts and maintain record accuracy.
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow company procedures for all logistics tasks.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative team environment.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or manual labor experience is a plus.
- Ability to perform tasks requiring physical exertion, including frequent lifting of up to 50 lbs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Understanding of basic warehouse safety practices.
- Comfortable working in a team environment.
- Good communication skills.
- Familiarity with logistics principles is beneficial.
