Job Summary:
Are you an organized and detail-oriented individual looking for a role in a busy logistics environment? Our Oklahoma City, Oklahoma facility is seeking an Order Picker to join our dedicated team. As an Order Picker, you will be responsible for accurately retrieving items from warehouse shelves to fulfill customer orders. This position is key to our supply chain and requires precision and efficiency. Experience in warehouse operations and a commitment to safety are essential.
Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick items from warehouse shelves according to order specifications using RF scanners or pick sheets.
  • Verify picked items against order details to ensure accuracy.
  • Package selected items appropriately for shipment.
  • Stage completed orders in designated areas for shipping.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, ensuring aisles are clear and organized.
  • Operate pallet jacks and other necessary equipment safely.
  • Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts as required.
  • Adhere strictly to all warehouse safety protocols and the proper use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
  • Contribute to the overall efficiency of our logistics operations through diligent work.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience as an order picker or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
  • Ability to perform tasks requiring physical stamina, including frequent lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Strong attention to detail to minimize picking errors.
  • Familiarity with warehouse safety standards and procedures.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Reliable and punctual attendance.
  • Understanding of basic logistics principles is beneficial.
