Job Description

NaturalScape Services Inc, a small and deeply professional lawn and landscape service provider located in Jackson County, IN, seeks the full-time employment of a well-qualified landscape maintenance crew foreman. Duties include trimming and pruning of ornamental trees and shrubs, removal of debris from planting beds, weed management, installation of mulch, and basic plant health care services.

As this position is for a working foreman, an ideal candidate should be able to lift 50lbs to shoulder height, correctly identify the most common types of ornamental plants and shrubs, perform simple mathematical calculations, keep accurate records, and possess personnel management and problem-solving skills. Preference will be given to those with 2-3 years of job experience and/or post-high school education i.e. trade school, professional certificate, associates program, etc . Exceptional leadership skills and work ethic will greatly benefit a potential applicant. Training will be provided as necessary and questions to higher management are encouraged.
