Technical & Trade Skills

• Experience with paver installation, retaining walls, patios, and outdoor living features
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and site plans
• Knowledge of grading, drainage, and base preparation techniques
• Experience operating equipment such as skid steers, compactors, and saws
• Understanding of safety regulations and OSHA standards

Leadership & Organizational Skills

• Proven team leadership and crew supervision experience
• Ability to manage project timelines and job site coordination
• Strong problem-solving skills on active job sites
• Clear communication with clients and project managers
• Ability to train and mentor crew members

• What You’ll Run

• High-end residential landscape construction projects

• Commercial landscape installs and site improvements

• Paver patios, walkways, retaining walls, and large-scale hardscape systems

• Grading, drainage, planting, and site development

• Multi-crew coordination when required

• You will be responsible for production, quality control, safety, and leadership on every site you manage.
