Experienced Irrigation Manager

Job Description

Pugh’s Earthworks is seeking an experienced Irrigation Technician / Manager to join our team in Lebanon, Tennessee. This role is responsible for maintaining, repairing, and managing irrigation systems for commercial landscaping properties. The ideal candidate has hands on irrigation experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to manage irrigation service work efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Perform spring irrigation system start ups and winter system shutdowns

• Diagnose and repair irrigation systems including pipes, heads, and nozzles

• Troubleshoot electrical issues related to irrigation systems

• Conduct irrigation system inspections and make necessary adjustments

• Manage and oversee irrigation service jobs to ensure quality and efficiency

Requirements

• Previous irrigation experience required

• Valid driver’s license required

• Ability to diagnose and repair irrigation system components

• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
