Landscaping Foreman
Full-Time | Year-Round Work

What You’ll Do:

Crew Leadership

• Supervise and mentor crew members on residential and light commercial projects
• Set daily priorities and keep projects moving efficiently
• Promote a culture of safety, quality, and professionalism

Project Oversight

• Interpret landscape plans and execute installations accurately
• Coordinate materials, equipment, and labor for each job
• Communicate directly with clients to ensure expectations are met
• Deliver projects on time and to high standards

Hands-On Installation

• Oversee and participate in planting (trees, plants, shrubs, sod, seasonal color)
• Manage grading, drainage, and irrigation
• Operate landscaping tools and equipment
• Ensure proper horticultural practices suited to the North Carolina climate

Safety & Organization

• Maintain safe, organized job sites
• Ensure equipment and vehicles are properly maintained
• Uphold company standards and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

• 3+ years of professional landscaping experience
• Prior crew leadership or supervisory experience
• Ability to read and interpret landscape plans
• Strong knowledge of plant material appropriate for North Carolina
• Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus, not required)
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
• Occasional Saturdays and overtime during peak seasons
