The IT Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing IT operations, with a strong focus on SAP LE, WMS, and EDI systems. This role requires a highly analytical and results-driven individual who excels at troubleshooting, cross-functional collaboration, and managing technology projects that align with business goals. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to manage complex IT initiatives across departments.
*Essential Duties and Responsibilities:*
1. Lead and manage IT operations including SAP LE, WMS, and EDI integration projects
2. Provide technical leadership and hands-on support across enterprise applications
3. Plan and execute IT infrastructure upgrades, system integrations, and security measures
4. Oversee IT asset management and ensure compliance with internal policies
5. Develop documentation for systems architecture, processes, and procedures
6. Act as liaison between IT and business users to ensure system alignment with business needs
7. Coordinate with vendors and service providers to support and enhance IT services
8. Manage troubleshooting and resolution of system or network-related issues
9. Provide training, guidance, and mentorship to IT support staff
10. Maintain business continuity plans for IT systems and data recovery
11. Support cross-functional teams with technology strategies and implementations
*Technical Experience:*
1. 5+ years of experience in IT with deep understanding of SAP Logistics Execution (LE), WMS, and EDI.
2. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
3. Proven experience in network and systems administration
4. Experience in leading IT projects and cross-functional coordination
5. Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and system compliance
6. Proficiency in MS Office and enterprise IT management tools
7. Bilingual (Korean-English) preferred
*Qualifications/Competencies/Position Requirements:*
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
2. 5 to 6 years of industry experience (preferably in a manufacturing or distribution environment)
3. Highly organized and detail-oriented
4. Strong leadership, communication, and team collaboration skills
5. Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities
6. Confidentiality and professionalism in dealing with sensitive data
7. Bilingual (Korean-English) – preferred
*Education and Experience:*
1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
2. Five to ten years of industry experience (in lieu of education)
*Working Hours:*
Typically, 8am-5pm EST. Hours may vary and could require evening or weekend work (rarely)
*Working Environment*:
Work performed in an office setting.

Company provided computer, e-mail, copier, fax, phone, and other standard office equipment
*Travel:*
Ability to travel periodically
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $30.00 per hour
