Client Service Representative (Bilingual)

The Group Distribution department is a motivated group of individuals who work closely with Advisors to provide attractive group benefit plans, competitive pricing and a smooth onboarding experience for employers. We are a collaborative team who attentively navigates relationship growth and drives change conversation. The contributions of the Client Service Representative are key to the successful implementation and ongoing service of our clients. This new role will be a valuable addition to our Client Service Representative team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide bilingual customer service support to Advisors and Clients including client facing presentations
• Escalate inquiries as required for timely resolution
• Provide quote and renewal support to Account Executives
• Review new business applications to ensure all required information has been provided
• Clearly communicate requirements and timelines with Advisors
• Request alternative pricing and prepare plan amendments
• Maintain a high service standard keeping within expected turnaround times

Qualifications:

• Minimum 5 years experience in Group Benefits
• Knowledge of Group Benefits Administrative practices
• Excellent bilingual communication skills, both oral and written
• Attention to detail
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and effectively meet deadlines
• Ability to adapt to change
• Motivated team player
• Proficiency in Word and Excel
• Knowledge of RWAM product lines and practices an asset
• Professional benefits designation an asset (GBA, CEBS, etc.)

Salary Range: $50,000-70,000
