Workday Integrations Analyst

We are looking for a Workday Technical Analyst to join a growing team and play a key role in taking Workday to the next level across the organisation. This is a hands-on technical role where you will own integrations, security, reporting, and platform enhancements, acting as a trusted advisor to HR, IT, Finance, and business leaders.

What you will be doing

• Design, build, test, deploy, and support Workday integrations using Studio, Core Connectors, EIB, PECI, Cloud Connect, and REST/SOAP APIs
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues, manage event logs, and maintain data integrity across systems
• Own Workday security architecture including roles, domains, policies, BP security, and governance controls
• Build and maintain advanced reporting and analytics including Matrix, Composite, Trending, Dashboards, BIRT, and complex calculated fields
• Enhance and optimise business processes across multiple Workday modules, improving automation and user experience
• Lead technical activity for Workday releases including impact assessments, regression testing, and deployment support
• Support BAU operations, issue resolution, documentation, and stakeholder training to drive adoption

What we are looking for

• 5+ years of hands-on Workday experience with technical configuration across multiple modules (HCM is essential, with Recruiting, Talent, Performance preferred)
• Strong integration experience across Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and APIs
• Strong knowledge of Workday security model and governance
• Strong reporting capability including dashboards and calculated fields
• Experience supporting Workday bi-annual releases, regression testing, and managing enhancement backlogs
• Confident stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
