Aircraft Mechanic

Are you an experienced Aircraft Mechanic looking for a new opportunity? JMC Aviation are currently working with a global leading Aerospace manufacturer looking to expand their team in Montreal, Quebec .

This position is due to start as soon as possible and is an ongoing contract. Successful candidates will receive a competitive hourly rate and if eligible a weekly per diem . Duties within this role are as follows:

• Read and interpret blue prints
• Install and repair mechanical components
• Perform functional tests and adjustments on aircraft systems
• Inspect and maintain mechanical systems (hydraulic, pneumatic, fuel, air conditioning, doors, landing gear, flight control, etc.)

For consideration, it is essential that a Mechanic meets the following criteria:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Aircraft Mechanic (preferably on business jets)
• Diploma in Aircraft Maintenance (recognized by Transport Canada) or M1/M2 license
• Right to work in Canada
