We are currently looking to fill the position of Project Manager to work within our London, Ontario and Waterloo, ON office.
Role Status
Type: Permanent, Full-Time
Location: London, ON, with travel to Waterloo, ON, 2–3 days per week.
Department: Project Management Team
Reports To: Sr. Project Manager/ Senior Vice President
Status: This is a replacement position due to a recent vacancy.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Stonerise Construction, located in Waterloo, ON, is looking for a Project Manager to oversee and lead all aspects of construction project management, from design coordination and scheduling to cost control and subcontractor management, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline. This is an in-office position.
As the Project Manager you will:
- Lead the Project Management process of the construction project, prioritizing project activities and exercising influence over the project team
- Lead design coordination and design development process
- Sets priorities, allocates tasks and coordinates project team staff to meet project targets and milestones.
- Plan and prepares, maintain and update the Master Project Schedule in conjunction with the Site Superintendent and project stakeholders.
- Assume overall responsibility for project progress and work collaboratively with the Field Operation team to deliver within scope, budget, and other key project deliverables.
- Coordinate, manage, and communicate with all subcontractors to effectively deal with problems such as delivery, labour, and schedule
- Monitor costs, review and approve project invoices, and prepare progress billing accordingly. This includes for a monthly budget review.
- Attend site meetings in conjunction with performing routine site visits, as often as needed, to monitor construction progress and compliance with the contract requirements.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
- University or College Degree in Construction Management, Building Service, or equivalent
- PMP certification would be an asset
- Proven experience in leading two full cycles as lead PM on a residential development or a similar role
- Proficient knowledge of construction process, QA standards, and regulations
- Outstanding organizational and leadership abilities
- Excellent time management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Hard-working individual
- Strong decision-making skills
- Excellent communication
- Ability to work individually or in teams as and when required
- Strong work ethics.

Salary range for this position is $130,000.00- $140,000.00 per year. We offer the following benefits:
