This role is ideal for an operator with experience in health tech, telehealth, or D2C platforms who thrives in fast-growing environments and enjoys building structure, processes, and accountability.

  • Act as a central point of coordination across Medical Operations, Pharmacy, Product, Engineering, and Customer Support
  • Translate business and clinical requirements into clear operational processes
  • Partner with Product and Engineering to provide operational feedback that informs roadmap priorities

Performance & Optimization

  • Define and track operational KPIs related to onboarding timelines, order accuracy, fulfillment SLAs, and client satisfaction
  • Analyze data to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency
  • Proactively identify risks, compliance considerations, and operational gaps

Client & Partner Experience

  • Support enterprise clients through onboarding, launch, and scale from an operational perspective
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex operational issues
  • Ensure a consistent, high-quality experience for providers and partners on the platform

Qualifications & Experience

  • 3–5+ years of experience in operations, program management, or operational leadership within SaaS, health tech, or D2C platforms
  • Strong understanding of regulated environments (healthcare, pharmacy, telehealth, or fintech preferred)
  • Proven experience building and scaling operational processes in high-growth companies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with technical, clinical, and business teams
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
