Key Responsibilities:
- Lead recruitment efforts and manage employee onboarding and offboarding
- Ensure compliance with Alberta Employment Standards
- Assist with benefits administration and compensation reviews
- Prepare HR metrics, reporting, and support budget tracking
- Experience in a law firm environment is required
- Strong knowledge of Alberta Employment Standards
- 3–5 years of HR experience within a law firm setting
- CPHR designation is an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
