About the Role
We are looking for a motivated rep who thrives on hustling, learning fast, and using modern tools (including AI) to make the most of a high volume of inbound developer leads.
This role blends SDR activities with customer success responsibilities. You will qualify new prospects, support early users, guide them to success, and identify opportunities for growth. You do not need to be an engineer, but you must be technically curious and comfortable speaking with software developers.
You should be eager to use AI tools to improve your work output and personalization, and to build lightweight workflows that help you move faster. We will support you with tooling, examples, and coaching—but you must be genuinely curious and willing to learn.
What You Will Do
- Own and qualify inbound leads at scale through fast, high-quality follow-up
- Run discovery calls, with our engineers, to understand customer needs for their AI developer tools
- Support early customers with onboarding, usage questions, and light technical guidance with engineering team supporting you when needed
- Identify expansion opportunities among existing clients
- Create and refine AI-assisted workflows for outreach, research, follow-ups, and customer support to increase your personal throughput and personalization
- Use CRM (HubSpot), automation, and AI-assisted tooling to keep pipelines organized, prioritize leads, and improve conversion rates
- Capture customer/prospect feedback and share insights with product, marketing, and engineering
- Manage forecasts and reports to align with team goals
What You Bring
- 1 to 2 years in SDR, SDR, CSM, or similar revenue roles
- Technical education or proven technical hobby or interest
- Comfortable speaking with software developers
- Ability to understand technical concepts well enough to hold clear, confident conversations
- Resourceful and self-directed, with a bias toward action and learning
- Comfortable using AI tools to automate tasks, research accounts, draft communication, and boost productivity—or highly motivated to learn quickly with guidance from the team
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Fluent in English and French
Nice to Have
- Experience with .NET, developer tooling, AI development tools, SaaS, or technical products
- Prior startup experience
- Familiarity with HubSpot or another CRM
After 90 Days You Will
- Manage inbound qualification with confidence and independence
- Understand the core value of Uno Platform and Uno Platform Studio and speak to it confidently
- Run onboarding calls with early customers and answer common technical questions
- Maintain a disciplined pipeline in HubSpot with clear next steps
- Operate your own AI-driven workflows for outreach, research, and customer support, building on shared templates and best practices from the team
- Contribute insights that shape our sales playbook and customer success process
