This role provides architectural leadership across multiple complex programs, driving end-to-end software strategy from concept development through production deployment and sustainment. The Engineer V (Staff Engineer) operates as a technical decision-maker and cross-functional integrator, shaping system architecture, mentoring engineering staff, mitigating technical risk, and ensuring compliance with aerospace, cybersecurity, and environmental standards. This position plays a pivotal role in defining scalable architectures for secure data systems, high-throughput networking platforms, and embedded/real-time applications operating in mission-critical environments.
