This position is based at our Quad Cities Generating Station in Cordova, IL. Please see minimum qualifications list below for each level*********************************** Entry Level - $87,000 Mid Level - $92,700-$114,000 Sr Level - $122,400-$154,000 Ranges are per year based on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k). Primary Purpose of Position Responsible for executing engineering and technical tasks under general supervision to support nuclear plant operations. Key Responsibilities Execute assigned engineering and technical tasks, applying general engineering principles. Ensure all engineering outputs comply with applicable safety analyses, industry codes, and regulatory requirements. Contribute to the development and implementation of efficient processes and techniques at appropriate levels of detail, aligned with company policies and procedures. Propose enhancements to existing methodologies, processes, and procedures. Perform additional job assignments as directed by management, including Emergency Response duties, department coverage, and support during outages. Minimum Qualifications for Entry Level E01 Engineer – New Graduate B.S. in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or Nuclear). Ability to meet minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements as applicable, including a favorable medical examination or testing as required by position duties. Minimum Qualifications for Mid-level E02 Engineer B.S. in Engineering with at least 2 years of Nuclear experience or related engineering experience. Must fulfill additional requirements outlined in ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard, regarding the selection, qualification, and training of personnel for nuclear power plants. Ability to meet minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, including a favorable medical examination or testing as required by position duties. Minimum Qualifications for Senior E03 Engineer B.S. in Engineering with at least 5 years of Nuclear experience or related engineering experience. Must fulfill additional requirements outlined in ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard regarding the selection, qualification, and training of personnel for nuclear power plants. Ability to meet minimum access requirements or unescorted access requirements, including a favorable medical examination or testing as required by position duties. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in Chemical or Material Engineering. 2 years of relevant Electrical Engineering experience.
