Branch Manager

Job Description

We are seeking a Branch Manager to become a part of team!

Responsibilities:

• Hire and train qualified candidates for operations and sales positions
• Oversee the daily workflow of the branch operations and sales activity
• Responsible for driving business growth by conducting regular team meetings to communicate with branch and sales teams to ensure understanding of goals and objectives; provides guidance and leadership to enable staff to meet these goals and objectives
• Maintains and develops positive relationships with existing and prospective clients, demonstrating excellent customer service, and setting an example for branch team members to emulate
  • Partner with client’s contacts to understand the needs and expectations of the client to ensure excellent service delivery
• Develop and implement recruiting and customer care plans with branch team to ensure meeting and exceeding client expectations
• Together with Senior VP and VP to manage situations that can be difficult with clients, team members, and temporary employees and provide resolution, information, or additional options
• Performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Must have previous staffing experience 
• Experience in conflict resolution
• Strong leadership, management, and communication skills
• Fundamental knowledge of labor and employment laws
• Ability to build rapport with all employees
• At least three years of experience in the branch with at least one year as an operation manager or onsite manager highly preferred
