Job Description

Are you experienced in landscaping installation and ready to work with a growing, professional team? We are actively hiring motivated and reliable individuals for multiple positions within our landscaping division.

OPEN POSITIONS:

1. Landscaping Foreman

• Lead and supervise crew on installation projects
• Read plans and execute jobs efficiently
• Ensure quality control and safety on site
• Communicate with management and clients

2. Landscaping Crew Members

• Assist with installation of plants, sod, mulch, irrigation, etc.
• Perform general labor and site preparation
• Follow direction from Foreman
• Maintain clean and organized job sites

3. Drivers (Crew Support)

• Drive company trucks and transport crew/materials
• Assist team on-site as needed
• Ensure equipment and materials are loaded/unloaded properly

REQUIREMENTS:

• Landscaping or construction experience preferred
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Reliable transportation and strong work ethic
• Valid Driver’s License (required for Drivers & Foreman)
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical work
