We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Hardscape Laborer to join our growing team! If you enjoy working outdoors, being part of a crew, and creating beautiful outdoor spaces, this could be a great fit for you.

• Assist with installation of patios, walkways, retaining walls, fire pits, and other outdoor living features
• Prepare job sites (excavation, grading, base prep)
• Load/unload materials and equipment
• Operate basic tools and equipment (compactors, saws, etc.)
• Follow direction from foreman and crew leaders
• Maintain a clean and safe job site
• Support team in completing projects efficiently and on schedule
• Hardscape or landscaping experience required (1 year minimum)
• Strong work ethic and positive attitude
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift 75+ lbs
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
• Reliable transportation
• Valid driver’s license preferred
