DevOps Engineering Tech Lead – Sheffield Our client is looking for a talented DevOps Engineering Tech Lead to join their team in Sheffield. This is a hands-on leadership role, working with OpenShift, Ansible, Python, and container technologies to deliver scalable DevOps solutions. Key Responsibilities Develop, deploy, and manage OpenShift Container Platform Virtualization (OCPV) environments. Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Ansible. Write and maintain Python scripts for automation, monitoring, and integration tasks. Collaborate with DevOps, cloud, and application teams to deliver scalable and robust solutions. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OCPV, Ansible playbooks, and Python automation. Document processes, configurations, and best practices. Skills & Experience Proven experience with OpenShift Container Platform Virtualization (OCPV). Expertise in Ansible (playbooks, roles) and Ansible Tower. Strong Python programming skills for automation and scripting. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices. Solid understanding of Linux systems and networking.
