What You'll Do
Consult with families making important life-planning decisions
Sell cemetery real estate and funeral care products
Conduct phone and Microsoft Teams appointments
Meet families in person to finalize arrangements
Manage your own pipeline and schedule
Prospect and close consistently
This is consultative, relationship-driven selling — not transactional retail sales.
Who This Is For We're looking for professionals who:
Have
5+ years of direct-to-consumer sales experience
Can prove past quota performance
Are comfortable prospecting and closing
Work independently without needing supervision
Are confident on the phone and via video
Possess empathy, professionalism, and strong communication skills
Are motivated by commission and performance
You must be proficient in Microsoft Office, have a valid driver's license, and pass a background check.
