Job Description
In need of a hard working and dependable individual to oversee and manage a lawn/landscape crew. Must have 3 years experience in supervising.
Responsibilities:
- Lead by example
- Follow directions
- Complete tasks in a timely manner
- Monitor all tools and equipment for needed maintenance
- Report for duty at the designated location on time each day
Requirements
- Punctual
- Must have drivers license
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Available to work long hours all year round
- Good time management skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task
- Able to work with individuals of differing knowledge and background
