City & Estate Gardener is seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Foreman to lead a 3-person crew delivering high-quality, horticulture-focused landscape care to residential and institutional properties.

This role is ideal for a working leader who takes pride in craftsmanship, efficiency, and setting the tone for their crew.

Responsibilities

• Lead and work alongside a 2–3 person maintenance crew
• Execute weekly maintenance, bed care, pruning, seasonal services, and cleanups
• Ensure jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards
• Manage daily workflow, site sequencing, and time on site
• Communicate clearly with the Production Manager and office staff
• Maintain equipment, vehicles, and jobsite organization
• Train and mentor crew members

Qualifications

• 3+ years of landscape maintenance experience
• Prior crew leadership or foreman experience preferred
• Strong pruning skills and plant knowledge
• Ability to read job scopes and manage time effectively
• Valid driver’s license (truck and trailer experience required)
• Professional demeanor with clients and crew members
