POSITION SUMMARY: 

To ensure your regional office is providing its customers with an exceptional, top shelf laundry service product (service, support and response) that is second to none in our industry.  To ensure all Jetz employees are bought in, trained and appreciated for their contribution to the overall health and upward trajectory of our company.

They are expected to conduct themselves and all actions of their office at all times with absolute integrity, respect, meticulous attention to detail, compliance, be coachable, accountable, approachable, enthusiastic and always maintain a professional demeanor and appearance. 

Core Responsibilities (includes but not limited to) :

·          Maintain and motivate staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees

·          Maintain a safe, secure and legal work environment

·          Develop personal growth opportunities for employees (career pathing)

·          Accomplish staff results by clearly communicating job expectations

·          Conduct wellness and quality control checks

·          Plan, monitor and appraise job results

           Develop, coach, coordinate, discipline and enforce systems, policies, procedures and productivity standards

·          Communicate values, strategies and objectives

           Provide educational opportunities to staff

·          Build company image by collaborating with customers, employees and enforcing ethical business practices

·          Establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service and operational information; identify and evaluate trends,               choosing a course of action, defining objectives and evaluating outcomes.

·          Accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective                   actions

·          Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing             personal networks, benchmarking state of the art practices and participating in professional associations.

·          Contribute a team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

·          Create and maintain a culture of value and acceptance of all employees and do not allow for any “us vs. them” mentality to exist                        amongst your employees

·          Administer all company policies and procedure from a supportive stance
