Job Description

Looking for a suitable candidate for Branch Manager position for our US entity, Muthoot Finance USA Corporation, who will be responsible to professionally manage the gold loan business development and attaining sales goals, identify the suitable locations and recruit the staffs, revenue growth and delivering great customer care. 
Responsible for overall Branch operations, Team Handling, and profitability of the branches
Motivate and work alongside with the branch team to achieve set targets/Gold Loan growth Month on Month.
Responsible for canvassing and marketing all financial products of the company.
Responsible for the security and safe custody of valuables in the branch such as Gold, Cash etc.
Building relationship with Customers and prompt recovery of loans/ interest and control on NPAs. Connecting with social/residential/clubs/organization.
