*Mountain Laurel Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center *is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to join our leadership team. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a designated unit within our skilled nursing facility, managing nursing staff, and ensuring the highest standards of care for our residents. You will play a key role in coordinating care, fostering a supportive environment, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards.
*Qualifications for RN Supervisor: *
* Registered Nurse (RN) license
* Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to make clinical decisions independently and in collaboration with the healthcare team.
* Compassionate, resident-centered, and committed to promoting quality care.
* Strong organizational and time management skills.
* Ability to maintain accurate documentation and manage sensitive resident information confidentially.
*Responsibilities of RN Supervisor: *
* Effectively functions as a team member and as a liaison between patient and staff.
* Supports and encourages harmonious communication skills.
* Communicates in a highly professional manner at all times.
* Demonstrates a high level of mental and emotional tolerance and even temperament when dealing with ill people; uses tact, sensitivity, sound judgment, and a professional attitude when relating with patients, families, and co-workers at all times.
