Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, UX Design, or related field 7+ years of experience in UX/Product Design, with 3-4 years in a senior or lead role Demonstrated design leadership in healthcare workflows Expert proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma or Adobe XD Experience designing for complex healthcare ecosystems and compliance with regulations
