Required Qualifications
2-4 years of hands-on experience in applied design within a product or enterprise environment Proven experience designing AI-powered experiences or complex workflows Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field such as Computer Science or Human-Computer Interaction Experience with modern design tools, including Figma, and understanding of design systems Knowledge of accessibility principles and responsible design practices
