Required Qualifications
At least 7 years of experience in Design Leadership roles as a direct manager Experience in planning and driving direction autonomously as both a designer and manager Strong belief in the potential of AI tools to enhance productivity and innovation Experience with design infrastructure teams and across a suite of products Proven track record of positive collaboration with departments like Engineering and Product Management
