A company is looking for a Systems Administrator II, IT Cloud. Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, and Intune Provide Tier III support for Help Desk tickets related to cloud services and monitor system performance Implement and maintain cloud security and compliance policies while optimizing cloud operations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Minimum of 2 years of experience administering Microsoft 365 environments Deep knowledge of Azure/AWS/GCP services and cloud security principles Hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, Intune, and Azure AD 1 year of prior experience supporting a nonprofit is required
