Key Responsibilities of the Wireless Sales Assistant Guide customers through a tailored sales journey with AT&T and ensure that they find plans that match their needs and preferences Explain plans, services and products with a high level of expertise Resolve customer inquires while ensuring a positive customer experience Consistently stay abreast of new products, trends and service features Achieve individual sales goals while also contributing to the overall success of the wireless sales team Work alongside fellow Wireless Sales Assistants in order share best sales and customer service strategies Monitor assigned accounts in order to identify opportunities for upgrades or adjustments
