Nursery Manager
to lead our highly rated Westminster nursery. If you hold a
Level 3 childcare qualification (or above)
and have
at least two years’ leadership experience
in an early years setting, we’d love to welcome your expertise, creativity, and child‑centred approach.

Required Qualifications:
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a passionate, ambitious Nursery Manager who is committed to delivering the highest standards of early years education and care. In this role, you will:
Lead and inspire
your team to deliver exceptional childcare and strong EYFS practice
Drive quality improvement , enhancing educational programmes and daily operations
Ensure full compliance , maintaining a safe, secure, and well‑managed environment
Oversee budgets, staffing, and resources , ensuring efficient and effective nursery operations
Build strong relationships
with parents, staff, and the wider community
Support professional development , coaching your team to grow and excel
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
A Level 3 childcare qualification (NNEB, BTEC, CACHE, NVQ)
Experience as a Nursery Manager or Assistant Nursery Manager
Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
A commercially minded approach with excellent attention to detail
A genuine passion for delivering high‑quality early years education
