Established in 1865, we are proud to be one of the oldest firms in the nation, originally serving pioneer and post–Civil War communities. Today, we supply more than 20,000 products to foodservice customers across Missouri, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Tennessee, and Mississippi.
We are seeking an Analyst-Data Management Specialist to support and work directly with our Business Contract Manager. This role involves organizing, managing, and implementing a variety of company, sales, customer contract, and data management initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate closely with the SGC Sales & National Account Department
* Maintain organization and scheduling of recurring contract and reporting activities
* Coordinate and manage data requirements for SGC’s vendor community
* Provide internal data management support across company departments
* Manage system and product pricing protocols
* Analyze sales and customer data on an ad hoc basis
* Assist with planning and analysis of internal marketing events
* Assist with planning and analysis of external marketing events
Qualifications
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Foodservice industry experience preferred
* Data management experience preferred
Education & Additional Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree (B.S.) from a four-year college or university preferred, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience
* Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
