Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, or similar More than 6 years of software development experience More than 2 years of people management or project management experience Experience in mentoring junior software engineers Knowledge of software engineering principles, algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design
