Lead and mentor a team of machine learning engineers to develop user understanding models and systems Collaborate with Product, Data Science, and Engineering teams to define strategy and integrate user insights into products Drive experimentation and adoption of user understanding models, managing project execution and stakeholder communication
Required Qualifications
6+ years of industry experience in applied machine learning or related roles 2+ years of people management experience leading engineering teams Demonstrated expertise in machine learning with a track record of impactful solutions Strong technical leadership in system architecture and scalable ML solutions
