Partner with HIE customers to design, build, and optimize analytics and reporting solutions using the NXT Insight platform Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and data models against healthcare datasets stored in AWS Redshift Explain and document the NXT Insight analytics schema to help customers effectively query FHIR-based data
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in analytics engineering, data engineering, or advanced healthcare analytics roles Strong proficiency in SQL, including writing and optimizing complex analytical queries Hands-on experience with AWS Redshift or similar cloud data warehouses and performance optimization Experience working with healthcare data, including clinical, claims, administrative, or population health datasets Familiarity with FHIR concepts, resources, and data models
