A company is looking for an Executive Director, Software Engineering. Key Responsibilities
Lead and oversee all custom software development initiatives, establishing departmental objectives and performance measurement tools Implement enterprise-wide software development standards and best practices to meet strategic needs Drive digital transformation through innovative software solutions and mentor software engineering teams
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related technical field Ten years of progressively responsible managerial experience in software engineering, with at least three years managing high-performing technical teams Experience in developing and managing large scale enterprise-grade software/applications through SDLC principles Strong expertise in cloud technologies, particularly AWS and Azure, and modern software development frameworks Proven leadership competencies with a track record of delivering complex software projects and building high-performing teams
