Lead the design and implementation of backend services and APIs, ensuring reliability, scalability, and maintainability Collaborate with Product and Design teams to clarify requirements and deliver milestones with success metrics Build and operate AI features in production, focusing on quality, safety, and cost management
Required Qualifications
6-10+ years of experience in building and operating production backend systems Strong experience with AWS, Terraform, Redis, relational databases, and SQL Proficient in JavaScript/Node.js, TypeScript, and modern frameworks like NestJS Experience with Docker, CI/CD, and production deployment patterns Practical experience shipping AI-enabled features into production
