A company is looking for a Senior Engineering Manager, Machine Learning. Key Responsibilities
Lead the team in developing machine learning and personalization systems to enhance user experience and drive revenue Define technical direction and oversee high-impact ML initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals Mentor and support a multidisciplinary team while fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a front-line management role 5+ years of experience as an individual contributor in machine learning or data science Deep familiarity with the Python ML ecosystem and experience with end-to-end machine learning systems Strong understanding of the full ML lifecycle, including data pipelines and deployment Background in consumer-facing products, preferably in e-commerce or marketplaces
