A company is looking for a Technical QA Lead to manage a global team of SDETs and QA Engineers, drive automation efforts, and ensure high-quality software products. Key Responsibilities
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of SDETs and QA Engineers, collaborating with Project Management and Release Management teams Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using open-source test automation solutions Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define test strategies and ensure comprehensive test coverage
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field 4+ years of experience in Agile environments 2-3 years of experience in leading and managing a team of SDETs or QA Engineers 3+ years of programming experience in languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript 3+ years of hands-on experience with open-source test automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, Playwright, and Cypress
