Manhattan is a college town (Kansas State University) located in Northeast Kansas.
Bowen Family Dentistry was established in 2015. We were founded with the idea that quality dentistry will always our number one priority and we will deliver that quality with a friendly smile. That foundation has driven steady growth over the last decade and has led to the practice expanding from 4 to 8 operatories. Our new building is slated to be completed in December of 2026 which will be the start date of job. We have invested in and continue to invest in technology that patients love and makes practicing dentistry easier.
We have reached capacity at our current office and staffing levels. We haven’t been able to take new patients for six months. There is a backlog of potential patients trying to get in due to our stellar reputation in the community. We are booking treatment appointments 2-3 months out. With this tremendous need, we could book you a full day of patients on day one. You’ll be earning top associate wages in your first year.

Our Town:
Manhattan is an idyllic Midwestern college town. It is the perfect balance of a small-town feel and big city amenities. Kansas State University delivers a big time NCAA Division I atmosphere with exciting football, basketball and baseball programs and provides a robust patient base that wants and can afford top notch dentistry.
Our school district is one of the premier districts in the state. Technology abounds in the classrooms that have an ideal student to teacher ratio. Our school sports programs compete for state titles every year. There is no shortage of extracurricular activities for children: sports, music, art, theater, outdoors and many more.

Qualifications:
· DDS or DMD degree from accredited US Dental School
· License to practice dentistry in the state of Kansas
· Experience is preferred but not required
Compensation Package:
· $500/day stipend until production threshold is reached
· 30% of collections
· Re-evaluation of pay structure in 6-9 months
· 4-day work week
· Flexible schedule
· 1 CE Trip in the first year
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $67.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 – 32 per week
