A company is looking for a Technical Training Content Developer. Key Responsibilities
Partner with SMEs to capture workflows and translate them into course designs and storyboards Create instructor-ready presentations and develop engaging, interactive eLearning content Build and validate hands-on labs and develop assessments mapped to training objectives
Required Qualifications
Experience creating technical learning content for eLearning and instructor-led formats Strong writing, visual communication, and PowerPoint design skills Proven ability to learn technical products quickly and translate SME input into training Proficiency in building interactive eLearning using tools like Articulate or Adobe Foundational knowledge or strong interest in cybersecurity and networking
