Participates in analytics projects focusing on nursing workforce, service lines, safety, and quality outcomes Gathers, extracts, cleans, and prepares data to support analyses and validates results Interprets and summarizes data into reports, abstracts, and presentations while managing small analytic projects
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree 2-5 years of relevant experience Knowledge of internal databases and data sources for quality and operational data Proficiency in tools such as Toad, Microsoft SQL Server, Excel, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, and Epic Understanding of basic statistical principles and outcome evaluation methods
