Required Qualifications
Proven experience managing Data Engineers or Analytics Engineers in production data platforms Strong background in data engineering and distributed systems Deep understanding of SQL-based analytics systems and data pipelines Experience with modern analytics tooling such as SQLMesh and Airflow Execution-oriented leadership style focused on clarity and accountability
