A company is looking for a Lead Backend Software Engineer to help build and scale systems for member experience and internal operations. Key Responsibilities
Build and evolve backend services supporting core healthcare products and workflows Lead technical execution across product pods by shaping architecture and providing guidance Design systems with a focus on reliability, scalability, and performance
Required Qualifications
Senior or Staff-level backend engineering experience with a track record of shipping production systems Deep experience in Go or Kotlin, ideally 3+ years Strong infrastructure and DevOps experience in AWS or GCP, ideally 4+ years Experience running production workloads on Kubernetes, ideally 2+ years Product-minded approach with a focus on outcomes and user impact
